"A joy to celebrate my husband's special birthday here. We enjoyed 3 nights of wonderful care and help from a brilliant, attentive reception team, especially Sara and Richard. Nikolai was so kind driving us to places to eat in the village in the evening. A special shout out for the young barman, whose name I didnt get, whose English is exceptional. The hotel is ideally placed for the village, the island and the Unesco Sacro Monte. The Couples Symposium in the Wellness Suite was a real treat....

and immaculate. Our room had an amazing view of Lake Lugano that took my breath away. The staff was helpful and attentive; they arranged a shuttle to pick us up at the train station and also to bring us into town for a dinner reservation.
