We had this property booked a month in advance This was to be a Birthday present for my Dad's 85th Birthday. I rang the property the day before we were due to go and was told that it was closed down at least two months previous. They said they had informed ebookers.ie. Spent most of Friday trying to get alternative accommodation to no avail, also spent most of Friday night talking to ebookers again to no avail. Ebookers took out the full cost of the stay from my card even though they knew there was no accommodation available. When we complained about this, they returned it as if we were supposed to be happy with this. Overall very bad service, It would have been easier to just have called the property myself, at least we would have known well in advance. They need to keep their website updated, surely that is the whole point of internet booking?.

BEWARE!! Booked and paid in advance, via Expedia. Within minutes of the money leaving my account, I received direct communication from the hotel, telling me that the date I had booked was not available. Almost 3 weeks later and I am still awaiting a refund.

Sorry to here this, payment are never made to us, payments are always made to Expedia and are processed by them, we never take payments, and never have done, please contact Expedia as they hold your money, hope you get sorted out as Expedia should never had shown the dates available.
