"Not impressed that only the adult pool had comfortable lounge chairs, it would be nice as a grandparent to also have comfortable chairs to sit in while watching your grandchildren in the pool."

"The location and view from the room were amazing. We also visited the spa and got treatments while we were there, and those were also phenomental. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The downsides were that the property is a bit older and needed some maintenance. There was peeling paint on the closet doors and our door wouldn't allow latch from the outside, so we had to call maintenance to come fix it. To their credit, they handled it very quickly and there were no other problems. The indoor pool was also closed for maintenance while we there, which was a bit disappointing because it was cold during our visit. Overall, we had a wonderful time and could walk right out to the beach. The spa was also truly fantastic."

"Very pleasant stay. It's the little things that count. The design of the showers, the control near the sliding doors. Great idea! A night light in the bathroom. Wonderful for older guests. "

"Was there for one night only. I am always traveling to Savannah and I've stayed in several hotels near River Street and this one is the best so far. The room was very spacious with a long hallway and the views of the river were amazing. Definitely only staying here from now on! "

"Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. On site parking was full and the overflow parking garage wasn’t too far away. However, on our day of checkout, we were charged parking by both the hotel and the parking garage, so our parking wasn’t validated by the hotel as promised. "

"Enjoyed staying at this hotel. The ferry takes you across to the other side where a lot of the activity is going on. It runs every 15 minutes and takes about 5 to get across. You also have 2 restaurants to eat at if you decide to stay around the hotel. The pool is also lovely and has a guy playing music/singing. I would stay again. "
