When we checked in the room we were given already had someone else's stuff in it. When I told the girl who checked us in, she seemed shocked and surprised and unsure what to do. She at first wanted us to wait while she cleaned the room, however I was not comfortable with that, due to the fact that someone else may have a key to the room. She then talked with another employee who seemed not to care. Another employee came in and she told him what was going on and he was shocked and offered us another room. The 2nd room we were given was ok, however, the bathroom door did not latch when shut.

I was surprised at how outdated and gloomy this property was. This reminded me of a cheap roadside motel. I was expecting more with this property being situated on a golf course.

Very Relaxing
I went to relax for a bit before going back to work for the weekend. The food was excellent and the staff was great! I wish I could have stayed a day longer.

Pleasant setting.
Rooms are not insulated against noise from adjoining rooms. On Friday night there were guests including families with young children running around and others talking loudly until past 2:30 AM. Not much sleep for me! Also, the drain pop-up for the bathroom sink did not pop-up when the push rod was moved although that rod was connected to the pop-up mechanism under the sink. I had to use my fingernails to grasp the pop-up to drain the sink after use.

It had friendly staff and they allowed us to have an extra hour after check out. When we arrived and got into the room we noticed that there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. Not enough to detoure us from staying again esp since the staff was so friendly.

Sufficient, but not nice.
Checkin was quick. My key didn’t work, so I had to return to the front desk. They quickly gave me another. The room was large, but not very nicely furnished - reminded me of a college dorm. The sink drained very slowly.

The Expedia profile said there was a pool. There wasn’t. The bathroom sink was very slow draining even after it was reported to the front desk. It didn’t smell good.

Ok place
Was here for a family wedding. Place is quite small and old. Still use a key for room. Bathroom is VERY VERY tight. Cannot easily close bathroom door. No plug in tub. Waterpressure was good tho. Wall AC/Heat didn't work real well. No dresser in room. I think our family group of about 30 were really the only people staying in hotel. Nice little bar, but was bummed closed up at 10pm on a Saturday night so our group had no place to really hang after the wedding. But we made our own party in the breakfast area. Over-all, not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but definitely not the finest. Not any other choices in the area tho.

Could have been better. We may have been only or one of very few guests there. Hotel was chosen due to a golf outing in the area. It's older, a little run down. We could not get an uber or lift to anywhere (that is not a hotel issue.) Cleanliness could be improved. This is a very middle of the road place. Nothing exceptional but we did feel safe staying there.

It is falsely advertised!! It is far from a three star property. We did not stay after seeing that our room looked like someone had slept in the beds. The did refund our money. Was thankful for that. Had a teenager working the front desk.

The place was old but clean, needed updating... they messed up on my reservations, but did try to accommodate us as best as possible. And one night they had karaoke until 2 am, and we couldn’t sleep... overall it was a nice stay and the employees were great!

We were there for a funeral service. The staff accommodated every need and was so pleasant. They even went beyond expectations by driving to the market for a specific request. At the end of the day we enjoyed appetizers and wine on the back patio overlooking the golf course. Our server was pleasant, accommodating, personable and overall amazing! I just wish I could remember her name. The rooms were dated and the beds were not very comfortable but the staff and service made up for all of that and I would recommend this location.

Older facility and not a resort. Pillowcase had old dried blood on it. Limited electrical outlets. NOTHING around but restaurant on property was awesome.

I'm at a loss about the pillowcase, as we have an outside linen service that cleans, sanitizes and folds the linens and everything is changed after every check-outs, without exception. Golf course is fun and tee boxes to provide right amount of challenge for golfers of every level. If you are into BBQ they do it really well. Garlic mashed potatoes are really good too. Some veg options. Staff is friendly. So go there to golf or eat cause the hotel is a dump. No maid service until I complained and even then they only made beds and new towels. No cleaning of room otherwise. Not sure they cleaned it from prior guests. Bathroom sink drain leaked onto floor. Shower temperature impossible to regulate, constantly going from hot to cold. Stay somewhere else but enjoy golf and restaurant here.

The only issue i had was the soap was tiny for a shower, and I did not see a hair dryer. I later found out the dryer was in a chest of drawers, i should have been told when i checked in.

Motel mistake
Place is way over priced, the fit and finish of the rooms is horrible. There were chunks out of the carpet, nich and holes in walls should be priced 39.00 per night. Phone and alarm clock didnt work. Toilets need replacing. Staff are over bearing on a no smoking no damage waiver. The only place that makes u sign this document. Never again

The room was not at all what the website showed. Nothing was available to do there. The restaurant was under construction and was supposed to be open and wasn't by the time they said. The beds were very uncomfortable.

This is a nice property and I enjoy staying here every time I come home to see family. The rooms are always clean, the heater and AC always work, the staff are always friendly, and parking is ample. My only minor critiques would be that 1. the rooms could use a little update, and 2. I would love to see some fresh-made food in the breakfast bar. Oh, and the food at the Water Tower Grille inside the Inn is really good.
