"The staff were very nice and super helpful. Very easy parking in front of our room. I enjoyed the sparkling water dispenser in the lobby. Air conditioner worked well. TV worked, but had slow refresh rate (somewhat pixelated). The gap under the door made a strange whistling sound; it just needs a threash-hold gasket. It was difficult to regulate the shower temperature. Walkable to the Town Centre shopping and restaurants as well as to Peet’s coffee. Condition of bathroom was excellent. Everything...

"You get what you pay for. Worth what I paid around 160 a night no more. Tv sucks ac sucks, front desk people no where to be found at times, no answer on phone. Runs on a skeleton crew. House cleaning awning excellent, no bed bugs, pretty clean. Parking lot would benefit from a front gate with a passcode or room key system to secure it, its strange that they close one gate and there is no gate on the other side. I would not stay here again based on the poor ac and inability to open the sliding...

"Only stayed for one night but it was a great experience! The employees at the front desk were very friendly. We loved the breakfast that was included- typical breakfast buffet items and made to order omelettes which were delicious. My kids (ages 7 and 2) loved the room, the breakfast and the elevators since you get a cool view of inside the hotel."

"Breakfast in bed was really nice. And the outside deck has terrific views. There was plenty of provisions- coffee, tea, water, as well as wine and cheese spread and cookies every day. Planning to stay again already, next time bringing my son with us who is a foodie. Top restaurants right next door with amazing waterfront views."
