"The hotel was fine. No one picked up the phone anytime we called before we got there and it is not a very kids friendly hotel. I would say for luxury it definitely was very luxurious but it was not very kids friendly."

"This used to be a favorite hotel. The clientele is disgusting and cheap and weird. The bar once glamorous feels like a sleazy bad 80’s film without the cleanliness. My suite had construction and a non existent closet but it was large. It had a view of a parking lot. It was $4k a night. I moved to a full bungalow and those too were a bit badly in need of updates- ventilation and WiFi spotty. Cannot wait to see the upcoming refresh.
