"The staff was exceptional and took time to listen to my needs. The room was loaded with amenities and perfectly designed for a boutique hotel! Location was perfect, stepping outside your door to pedestrian zone and shopping! Room was clean and prepared. "

"Hi, enjoyed our visit at hotel Oslo. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. And we especially enjoyed the fact that in the evening there were so many restaurants close by with excellent food. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant and the policeman helped us find a very good Portuguese restaurant. We did take a Uber up to the university for a tour because it was a steep uphill climb and we are getting older. I suggest that the city market would be fun to visit if you walk back from the university towards the hotel. "

"Perfect location for tourist activities. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. We appreciated their English language skills because our Portuguese is very limited. The hotel is of another era and transported us back in time with its old world charm, although maybe a little faded from its heyday. The many historic photos of the hotel and others in the same hotel group were fun to look at. The breakfast was VERY good with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The room included an entrance area separating the bathroom and bedroom, and were well appointed. We felt pampered. We also had a nice view of the downtown area and beyond from our room. We would definitely stay again on a return trip to Coimbra!"

"If you are considering this hotel, dont doubt. It is a great choice! The hotel is modern. The room is large and very comfortable. The bed was large and super comfy. Couldn’t really fault it. The location is perfect - located close to the old town and all the restaurants. We enjoyed our night in Coimbra at Hotel Mondego "

"Very unique room, location is right near University and close to Main Street and old town, Staffa are very friendly, the breakfast is brought into the room, no fancy but good for what are needed in the morning, also the water and shower has multiple heads, with strong warm water it can be a good message, highly recommend to stay so to have unique experience, best way is to get taxi so save energy to walk around later"
