The hotel is located near metro, and close to everything: restaurants, drugstores and supermarkets. There are several huge antiquities markets around, for those who love antique objects it's a shopping heaven.
The room is very spacious, by the way.
I have a strong complaint regarding King Wing Spring hotel. Hotel have no SPA (Full Service SPA) facilities. Hotel also provided pram-plate clearly depicted that they have SPA facilities but they have not. They are circulating all the service provider this wrong information as well as service provide without verified highlighting hotel facilities in their web-pages. On the check-in time they are forcing to deposit 1500 RMB for getting room-key. This is one of the hilarious situation for us at there and recommended to customers, please don't buy room with breakfast its very expensive for you. better to buy breakfast at hotel only 50RMB/person. you can save the money.

Nice hotel. Spacious and comfortable.
The hotel was good except, l booked believing it had a health spa and swimming pool facility available, but when l arrived l was told that the facility was closed for renovations. I paid extra on accommodation believing those facilities would be available for my use. Not much of an apology was given and maybe a complimentary dinner voucher would have been nice. This was very disappointing. Also staff spoke very little English. BUT l would stay there again if those facilities were available.
too many cockroaches in the room. Never again! I only stayed there because I wanted to use the natural spring water. such a pity.. hotel was not good, but the service and staff was good.
The hotel was much better than expected for the special price. I showed up at 9:30am and was immediately checked in. The breakfast buffet for 50 yuan was very good value.
For the money you pay you cannot go wrong with this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, House Keeping excellent. Breakfast Buffet large and good value for money. Only complaint I have is that I arrived for breakfast at 9am and food was cold what I had, but if I would have asked the Chef to cook me fresh I am sure they would have done, silly me I did not do that !.

Good stay overall
The stay was nice overall, and the staffs are friendly and considerate as in other reviews. It is convenient to get to subway stations. However, our bathroom had bad smell, and the neighborhood feels safe, but looks messy.
Good Hotel at the given price...Shileh sub way station is just 5 mins walk across the road. Airport is about 35-45 mins drive in non peak hour.. If u want to reach your faster and with almost free @ 5 RMB just take a train from the airport, Study and change Lines to reach Shileh Station walk out a bit from A exit and cross the road with the bridge and your hotel is there. Hotel also has decent SPA on the 3rd floor. Indians beware no Vegetarian food any where close by as its situated on kind off a highway. You can buy a Sim card from China Mobile store near the Subway exit and there are a few stores as well for your small needs. If your going in Hot weather do check the AC of the room before you check-in.

Booked this hotel almost half price off of Expedia, room was small, Windows can not be opened, air conditioning was not provided. Jacuzzi and sauna charges extra, bathtub was leaking for days, when complained, only offered one free breakfast despite two guests in the room. Unless it's financial reasons, will not stay in this hotel again.

Thank you for your comments. Please allow us to explain a bit further. We would recommend you to stay in our Deluxe Room if it was not your choice this time, the room itself is much bigger, but not at high cost. With regards to the window, according to local laws, any commercial buildings with more than certain floors cannot have windows opened. Jacuzzi and Sauna services are provided in addition to standard room charge according to our hotel policy. We will defiantly look into the bathtub and AC problems, thank you for your kind feedbacks, it will certainly help us to improve our service level. Wish to serve you again at our hotel.

Best attribute is that centrally located.
Wi Fi is spotty.
Room color is black/grey/chrome. Felt like a morgue.

When we arrived after booking through Expedia they said we didn't have a reservation, they were full and to leave. After we said we already paid and our reservation was confirmed they asked us to wait. We waited for one hour then we decided to go back to the desk, again after a while of taking to them they said to call Expedia which I couldn't do from China, then they said they had a down grated room and I should pay again on Expedia and get a refund from the first room from then, I explained that the room is non refundable, after two hours they finally gave us an updated room that smelled like open sewer. Originally they said there fully booked. Don't stay there. Worst customer service experience of my life.
Very comfortable accommodation, would recommend to anyone wanting a good base to explore Beijing. Close to huge market and subway transport system

Decent cheap hotel with the necessary services
The hotel is Ok if you are planning to sleep only. If most of the daytime you spend it outside this hotel is perfect. The breakfast is good and the room is Ok.

very few speak English even at reception. distance is too much from city center. Traveling is not convenient. there were not even a taxi ready to come to this hotel from city centre. we need to walk down to Tienanmen square railway station, take train, change at another station to reach.
Friendly and very accommodating staff at front desk , I didn't speak any chinese but there was 2 front desk staff that spoke English , which was very helpful.
Hotel room staff was always helpful and was quick to respond when something was needed. Other than the hallways that could use a shampoo , everything was great .
location is very good if you will be using the subway system.

A Hot Spring with no Hot Spring
I stayed here for a 19-hour layover, figuring it was the right price for a place I wouldn't even be staying at all night, and that the hot spring sounded great to a weary traveler on his way home. Unfortunately, both the POOL and the "HOT SPRING/WHIRLPOOL" were CLOSED. When amenities aren't available, hotels should take a minute to mention this, rather than expect customers to double-check before they book. That's why this place gets one star. Additionally, this place is further away from the airport than the map seems to suggest (30 minutes to airport even at 10:30 pm...), and there is nothing to do in this area. If the airport hotels didn't have such horrible ratings I would've stayed at one of them. Stay elsewhere.

Quite close to Shihile station (line 10) and to most other lines, this five-star hotel gives little room to disappointment: room made every day with complementary bottles of water, fresh linen, spacious room, TV with CNN and HBO, fairly nice view of the city if your room faces the street.
Only 2 points that I feel I should mention: rooms facing the street can be noisy so not for light sleepers, and my room had not been vacuumed prior to check-in and not once before check-out.
Not bad at all. Room was spacious. Services were good. Business center charged too much for printing.

good for a short stay
We stayed at this hotel for one night its not too bad for the value. The hotel Is showing its age that's for sure, the rooms are clean which was important to us more than anything
Rooms are big with sofa and arm chairs making a quaint sitting room. The façade and lobby are incredibly huge - like everything else in China.
Good value for money.
English speaking staff will make it great hotel , good facilities ,

Generally comfortable but needs some updates
Maybe I was just unlucky with a less than perfect room. The stay was generally OK. The facilities have certainly shown their ages. The carpet was worn out. The bathtub was a bit rusty. The TV is still a CRT one. AC fans made pretty loud noise so much so I had to turn it off before I went sleep.

Hotel standard
Overall fair. The carpets looked dirty. Not many of the reception staff spoke English. The staff were friendly. Wifi was only available in the lobby but the seating was limited and uncomfortable. The guest were not allowed to sit on chair unless they were ordering drinks.
My experience was definitely hampered by the fact that the only room available was a smoking room. Not sure if they were just wanting to put me in a undesireable room because I booked through Expedia or if that was truly the case, but bottom line is that the room was filthy because of all the smoking that had taken place in the room. I will say, however, that the linens and towels were clean, which was one bonus. If not for the smoking room I might have been able to give it higher marks, but only slightly.
Very poor service in this hotel. They are on an international website but no one speaks english. It was very hard to have or get informations.
1.18 inches of my sister's perfume was stolen and no one was able to give us an explanation and of course no excuses were made.
Room clean and nice even though the bathroom sink was a little overused and dirty. Big room with an extra bed. If you don't smoke don't book a room there: they are non-smoking signs everywhere but people smoke everywhere!
Personnel speaks english.
No wifi access in the rooms! There is Wired internet to the room but wifi is in the lobby only. The bathroom in our room did not belong to a 5 star hotel, at first glance everything looks fine and it had all the bathroom items you could want but the fixtures were old and worked poorly and the paint and caulking was peeling. The buffet was great and the hotel was overall a great deal.
The hotel was okay. Room was spacious and good value. Fitness center was very unremarkable. Elevator area smelled like heavy cigarettes. Nice place. Good for a night.
