Looking at the place it's goods but I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE for room which i booked from Hotel.com. they have deducted my money from Credit card & also they made paid at Hotel Reception. So please everyone you should very ceearful. I am try to contact Hotel.com by email I'm not getting at response from them.

Disaster. Should have read the reviews before booking. Room with not working AC (apparently the whole hotel. Non English speaking staff, not willing to go the extra mile (like not printing two pages or flight confirmation or event upgrading to a room with a window for the same price!) Sure you pay what you get for but I do not agree to pay 70 EUR in Beijing for a room with no AC and non supportive staff. Breakfast is a joke!

Glücklicherweise hatten wir einen chinesischen Chauffeur, der sich die Mühe machte, so lange nachzuhaken, bis wir das Hotel gefunden hatten. Innen sprach niemand Englisch und es gab auch kein WLan, wie bei Expedia versprochen. Die Nichtraucherzimmer waren jahrelang zugequalmt und im Zuge der neuen Antiraucherbestimmungen umdeklariert worden. Vom alten Rauch befreit wurden sie jedoch nie. Wir bekamen ein fensterloses Innenzimmer. Nachdem eine befreundete Chinesin telefonisch einen Zimmertausch arrangiert hatte, der nur dazu führte, dass wir zwei Etagen tiefer das gleiche Elend wieder bekamen, gab ich es auf. Wir haben die drei Nächte überstanden, indem wir uns möglichst wenig dort aufgehalten haben. Mehr nicht. Zukünftig werde ich auch die Infos bei Expedia kritischer lesen.

引君入甕、誤導顧客、貨不對辦。

本人與太太於Expedia網上訂了15/6晚這間北京法官之家酒店，訂的是標準客房，房價328，預付房租，不含早餐。15/6當天約下午6時，本人與太太到達酒店大堂打算辦理入住手續，當時櫃枱職員提醒，我們所訂的是無窗房間，問我們會否介意，我們當時有點愕然，並再查詢有否其他有窗房供選擇，職員只表示，這個價錢只是住無窗房間。我們當時向職員表示，無窗房間也可以，因房間內有空調，但職員馬上表示，空調只到晚上11時。 一間無窗及晚上無空調的酒店，怎可能舒適地住宿呢？但它竟然可以稱做4星級酒店？竟然可以存在於大都市北京？真使我們大感愕然？？ 但這確是實況。無奈之下，我們再表示希望轉到有窗房間，此時職員表示只剩下800多圓的房可供選擇。 我們當時真的很憤怒，感覺進入了黑店，受騙了。我們要求退款，但回覆需要直接與Expedia交涉，酒店不會負責。最後我們決定離開不入住，另覓酒店住宿。 這間位於北京站附近的法官之家酒店，屬於4星級，位置算是便利，但用的手段是在網上以低廉價錢吸引顧客，當客人到步後，才可以了解到實況。我們在Expedia及多家網上預訂這家酒店的網站內，俱找不到 “無窗” 及 “晚上無空調” 的描述，真不可思議。 我們已把這間北京法官之家酒店列入黑名單，並在此留言，警惕四方旅客，預防這類不良酒店的經營手段，免致旅程中失預算，要勞氣及打擾雅興。
