I am so grateful for Ms. Hee yo (the Korean receptionist). I arrived at 7AM after flying at midnight the night before. Even though the check in was at 3PM, she found me a room for a 9:30 check in. I then slept from 10-2 PM and regained my energy. I will always remember her kindness and service!

Everybody is extremely helpful, polite, and courteous. I have a difficulty with my food and they were overly helpful in the kitchen. The chef was extremely nice. This is really an upscale place. I would highly recommend it.

객실도 아주 깨끗하고 직원들이 너무 친절합니다. 생일이라고 따로 말 안했는데 케이크까지 챙겨주셨어요. 헬스장과 사우나도 이용하기 편리하고 시설이 좋았어요. 조식도 맛있어서 한번더 추가해서 먹었습니다. 북경 갈일 있으면 다음에도 이용할 것 같아요.

Il personale parla poco inglese. Mi è stata assegnata l'ultima stanza, con una brutta vista, ho chiesto se fosse possibile cambiare in un'altra, mi è stato detto che dovevo pagare un extra, anche se in altri hotel mi hanno cambiato senza alcun pagamento aggiuntivo. in generale l'hotel è pulito, bello, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro
