They don't accept foreigners as guests, only Chinese citizens. Expedia has been told this by the hotel. More than once (according to the hotel), but they don't care enough to do anything. Unless you have a Chinese citizenship, do not book! The front desk clerk was very helpful, after an hour and a half on the phone with Expedia (and them doing absolutely nothing to book another hotel for me), the front desk clerk helped me find a place to stay for the night in 5 minutes.
