"Property is very outdated and we paid a premium for the family room but the room itself was very old and really not kept up. Views were horrible and when we asked for another room, we were not even considered. Bathrooms and showers were not clean."

"Location is good, next to the Wangfujing walking street. Taxi pick up and drop off area is big making it convenient to load/unload luggage bags. Room is clean and well maintained. The only complaint is the hair dryer, it took a long time to dry long hair"

"The location is good, and I guess the lobby looked nice. Unfortunately, the rooms I booked for my family and myself looked shabby (?). Also, there was a black hair on my soap dish.
