"You can not check in no desk , no online che k in they expect you to call someone who lives somewhere else and is only available certain time to meet. We were in a different part of la and could not be there at time they were available and never got to check in. We had to rent another actual hotel so we had somewhere to sleep."

"Great stay for the cost! Checking in and out was a breeze. Room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of Fountain Square just below. Just a note that the parking garage is not owned by the hotel. It’s publicly owned space and just located underneath the hotel building. But the rate listed on the hotel site is if you leave your car overnight and is correct."
