I stay here most weeks irs always great - this week I was put in a room over the far side of property its ansaur walk from reception - the room was extremely cold and the bed was 2 singles pushed together they were so uncomfortable I had about 3 hours sleep it would have been equivalent to.sleeping on a wooden bench. I wont stay in these rooms again if I do book again. If they dont have the rooms closer to reception I wont bother.

Perfect location for uni. Staff are so welcoming and friendly imcluding housekeeping staff. Only one star taken off due to lack of gluten free options when dining

Throughly enjoyed my stay here. Really polite staff from the reception to housekeeping. As a regular business traveler to Bedford, I regularly stay here based on the facilities and welcoming staff. I particularly liked they acknowledged my request of staying in my regular room type for my needs.

Very helpful staff contacted me after last stay as if left something in the room and kindly kept it in their safe until my next stay.. Rooms are always very clean and very comfy and showers are super powerful.

A poor night's sleep
A bad night's sleep. The hotel was very noisy. Some of that is down to the guests which is beyond the "hotel"'s control, but also soundproofing was poor and no signage encouraging quiet. Staff didn't seem to care. Beds and pillows weren't very comfortable either.

I have not stayed in such a place before. As I did not have a printout of the booking email to hand (only jotted the post code for my sat nav) I was very anxious that there were no signs at all for 'hotel', 'accommodation' or the like. I drove around the campus for a considerable time until, luckily, I found someone who could help. I was fearful that I'd have to give up and seek known accommodation in Bedford. Please put up at the least, a little symbol of a hotel on the incoming sign board.

The hotel is clean and staff friendly but unfortunately the beds are small not really a double bed and the room we had was on the front of the building and smokers congregated outside of our window so if you had the window open the room smelled of smoke and considering we requested a no smoking room it was not ideal also noisy with people talking until the small hours.
