"Beautiful hotel in a superb location. Room was a good size with fantastic view across the park at the front of the hotel. We had requested a walk in shower due to accessibility issues which was provided, however the bathroom was extremely small which wasn’t ideal for someone with disability issues for ease of moving around. "Exceptionally well equipped ( and labelled) apartment. Communication was also prompt and accurate. Quiet. Central location with a large supermarket very close and Thermae etc an easy walk. The allocated parking space is very useful."

"It was a beautiful renovated building; our rooms (family) were lovely, spacious and well-equipped, and the bathroom was excellent! Overall, the town of Bath was wonderful, full of history and beauty. We did tons of shopping and a walking tour (highly recommended), and the restaurant across the way (Crystal Palace) was most excellent!"

"I had a lovely stay at this BnB! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The host was friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. It’s in a great location quiet, but still close to everything.we had wine by the window during nights loved the view it made my mornings feel so peaceful. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!"

"Beds we very comfortable. Good quality sheets and duvet, perfectly pressed. We had two rooms. One with a balcony overlooking the river. Well worth the extra cost for before and after dinner river watching and early morning. The second room was labelled cosy double but had plenty of room. Staff very friendly and good menus. I really like that atmosphere. It’s relaxed and classy at the same time. "

"This hotel is in the perfect location to explore Bath. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite and we loved our stay here as a family. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this did not impact on our stay at all. The bar area is really welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Great stay"
