"The location of the property was unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town. All points of interest were walkable and easy to navigate. The apartment was beautiful with everything you need for your stay(even an umbrella, which came in handy one day.) It was quiet despite being right in the square and felt extremely safe and secure. Communication with the host was great with clear instructions and offers of help and assistance with our trip. Our first time in Krakow but most definitely not...

"The apartment was quite new and in good location but that’s all the positives I can give. Upon arrival it is really difficult to find the property, no instructions given by the host prior to arrival. We arrived at 12 and had to call them to ask if there is a place to leave the luggages, they told us they will check if the apartment has been cleaned and call us back- no one did, called 3 times after to check, still the same response. 14:45 we were downstairs in the building with no instructions...

"Location was really good, room kind of smelled like cigarette, but overall wasn't too bad the first night. Second night (Friday night) was absolutely horrible. Music was extremely loud and the bass made it difficult to sleep even with headphones on. Staff is super friendly which is the only reason I gave them three stars. Rooms have several blinds but rooms still get a lot of light. More of a party location."
