"Our three night stay at The Serenity Inn was a wonderful experience in EVERY way! "We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area."

"My husband and I stayed at the Outlook Inn 1 night we had a wedding in Newport. I loved the Inn, it was quaint, very clean and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was due to no parking, it was difficult to check in, they do have a a driveway for people to temporarily park and check in, but every time we tried to check in, there was a car there so we had to circle around for over 20 minutes and there were not any parking spots on the street due to the Memorial Day weekend. "We did not bring any dogs with us so I was worried that the room would smell like dog or have hair. This place was spotless! So comfortable. We felt right at home!!! We had room 12 which was very spacious. Could definitely fit 4 people. Enough room for suitcases. The staff was exceptionally pleasant. This place was very centrally located too! Only had to take a few Ubers while here."

"The room I booked and paid for in December was not the room I received nor was it in the property. Dingy and outdated was my room as opposed to the pictured antique and charming room. At no time during my 4 night stay was my room freshened up. Great location, but there I would never stay there again."
