"The location ON the Moose River was gorgeous but the cottages are VERY close so it was a little noisy. The decorations on the grounds for Halloween were adorable! It was difficult to learn how to operate the TV and the heaters (it was cold in the mornings). There were no instructions left to run either item and when we called the number listed, we could only leave a message but nobody called us back. We had to wait till the next day when the office was open ..then someone came right away. The shower was NOT spotless, and the floors weren't super clean. The main bedroom was ok but the bunks in the bunk room were small and not so clean under the mattresses. There was only ONE small area to hang clothes. They left no cleaning supplies or paper towels to clean before we left."

"There werenโ€™t any filters for coffee in the room but there was coffee available early morning downstairs which was appreciated. We didnโ€™t have any cups in the room either. It was chilly in the room and no way to warm it up. We ate at the restaurant and the waiter worked really hard to understand us which is appreciated. The food was good. There were little nats flying around our table which could be from doors being open. We are excited to return when the remodel is complete and are happy that the investors have elected to save the property."

"We were here for just two nights but we had a very pleasant experience! The rooms were very nice for a rustic lake atmosphere. Beds were comfortable and they set out a nice breakfast every day. The on site restaurant was awesome too! Kayaks were complementary. Location is perfect between Inlet and Old Forge."
