There was a severe issue with the drainage in the bathroom. The carpet was soaking wet in the hall and we tracked water into our room. The room smelled like mold/wet.
We can say the beds were comfortable and the room was a good size.

It was a little bit of a let down. I’ve stayed with this company before but simple things were missing. There were no towels in the restroom and only one extra pillow for the sleeper sofa but those linens didn’t have a blanket. We were able to get those things but it just seemed like there was no concern to get the room ready for guests.

Not worth the money - needs a renovation!
The women checking me in was awesome!!!! But the room was not cleaned and had issues such as the toilet leaked and had water stains inside, there was dust on the table and the sink had beard trimmings in it. The beds were clean at least and the room big. The TV Remote was broken too - so no TV for the night. The guy watching the front desk in the morning was busy vaping in the doorway and didn’t provide any reason to share my issues or even say hello even though I did.

Have stayed with many candlewood suites. This one does not live up to the brand. Mattress are saggy and need to be replaced. Carpet is very outdated. Halls need to be painted. First room the door didn’t shut or lock. Had to move to another room. This hotel does not live up to the candlewood brand. Please don’t stay here.

Room was booked 2 months in advance and when we arrived they did not have my selected room available. They ended up giving us an additional room. The additional room they gave us was located in the back of property and had a horrible smell to it like it had been vacant or not touched for a long time. Hotel offered free coffee for breakfast which was so thick and murky like the machine had not been cleaned.

Wonderful service, lack of security
The service was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, even when there were issues concerning double payment they were able to handle it and were very nice about it. The only issues my partner and I had with the specific Candlewood (because we've stayed at these hotels before) were that this specific one was a little outdated and the security of the hotel was lacking. There was a back door to enter into the hotel that required the room key to enter, but the lock system didn't work and the door was simply unlocked and you can go in and out at any time. That made us uncomfortable especially because the first room by that back door was our room, so it felt a little unsafe.

The hotel was old and that was fine, but the heat didn’t work. I would have been okay but I had my small children with me. And when I called the front desk to advise that it was cold, they asked me to come check other rooms to find a warm one. I was appalled because clearly I am a guest. He went on to say that the heat was out because of a recent freeze and it had messed up. At the end of the day since it was late and our account had already been charged, we decided to stay and asked for extra blankets to make it through the night. We will never choose that location again.

I was put in a room I didn't reserve. Staff stated elevator needed fixing so they put me in a different room without telling me. Staff switched out my room to the room i reserved the young lady was very pleasant. Second room the door didn't close all the way toilet wouldn't flush. Look like someone kicked in the door. 3rd room smelled like mildew with a bed in the living room and bedroom. I dnt recommend.

Absolutely a total sham. They have this hotel marketed as a premium place with really nice accommodations. Turns out it’s super run down and was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in at least a decade. Front desk worker, super rude and quick to says you can go somewhere else. My room had a terrible smell and the pull out was broken. Sorry, we don ’t have any other room. This was a huge part of me booking this room as I have cancer and cannot lay down and was depending on it. Terrible sleep. I have a bunch of great photos of the property. Real photos, not the fake stuff they have posted booking. Websites and/or apps. DO NOT DO IT!! Go elsewhere.

staff was friendly which was nice but the facility is old, ac unit noisy and old, hot and cold faucet in shower was reversed.. cold was hot and hot was cold! Ice maker wasn't working and didn't have an ice station! No phone in the rooms! I really thought I was booking a suite with 2 queens and pull out couch, got there and there was no room with that accommodation! Actually 1 queen was offered with pull out couch, or 2 queens with no pull out couch! No pool! Not happy at all even with the great staff did not make up for the stay at all!

NO room cleaning between nights.
The front desk at night was pleasant upon arrival but seemed like they could care less in the morning. I left 2 nights earlier on my reservation. Will not book here again.
