"Seamless experience, communication prior to arrival was fantastic. Arrived later than expected by about 5 hours, not a problem, as location was prepared for our arrival and access to unit was immediate. Located right off the beach on Hilton Head Island. Great time and experience."

"We really enjoyed the apartment’s location…it was beautiful, clean, and felt very safe, which made our stay comfortable overall. However, we were disappointed with the management side of things. When we arrived, we learned the water would be turned off for a period of time, something that had not been communicated beforehand.
