"You know how you see pictures of a rental house and when you show up the house looks nothing like the pictures? This was not the case at all here and the house did not disappoint. The communication of necessary info was very timely and arriving/departing was a smooth process. The house was cleaner than other rental houses I’ve been in (had some leftover gunk in the bathroom, but otherwise the rest of the house was pretty pristine). "Property was ready as promised, exceptionally clean, AC running and cool (it was almost 100 degrees outside), with nice touches like coffee, sweetener, seasoning in the cabinet, soap, towels, linens, and paper products. I have rented place where there was no toilet tissue on arrival, but this place was ready. Cute back yard and not far from where we wanted to go. Very nice neighborhood as well! Thanks for having us!"
