"I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. "The staff was amazing and the grounds are wonderful. There is a great path from the hotel down to the lake that I wished we knew about earlier in our visit. It was helpful and allowed a little exercise in between shopping, boating and eating. I did not find the bed or the linens to be particularly comfortable the bed didn’t have a top sheet which was unusual. I also wish the hotel shuttle ran a bit more consistently during the day because taxis are very expensive for just a short drive....
