"If you're looking for a place to stay in Folsom, this is it. The hotel is located right in the heart of everything, making it super easy to walk to Palladio plaza with a lot of amenities and restaurants. Despite being so central, the room was remarkably quiet at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rainfall shower was a really nice touch after a long day of exploring. "We had no hot water messaged the staff said they would send someone never did! We had to take cold showers and it was miserable. They didn't tell us that the cleaners only come every other so we had no clean towels after working all day. The bar was closed when we got their due to staffing issues. It was just not a good experience all around. We will be not be using Hilton for our future stays. This is not the first Hilton owned property to disappoint us."

"We had had an ADA accessible room, and the ramp to the bathroom was a bit janky. The bathroom had neither a fan nor a window in it so it was chronically smelly and stuffy. The bed was firm and comfortable and the manager in the morning was very friendly and lively! He showed us his patriotism- Red White and Blue painted toes for the 4th which was fun. The breakfast was okay, but he was quick to provide us anything we needed. He was the best part of the stay to be honest. His staff could do well...
