"I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at Bayview Hills Montenegro. From the moment we arrived, our room was unbearably hot. On the same day, I requested a room change, but my request was completely ignored. The following day, I raised the issue again, only to be met by a very rude manager who attempted to blame me for not reporting the problem sooner. I had to show the WhatsApp messages proving that I had already contacted the hotel the day before. Rather than apologizing,...

"The hotel is situated well and the room was clean and very nice. The dinner and breakfast e had there were excellent. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the lovely rooftop pool was under renovations and closed. One would think they'd mention this on the site as you reserve or at least compensate guests by reducing meal prices or something else...but no. Also not sure why they'd fix the pool during peak tourist season and not during winter..? But ok."

"The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea."

"Room was lovely, clean, spacious, great design features for restorative sleep. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Excellent gym facilities. I didn’t get a chance to try the yoga or Pilates classes as the schedule didn’t fit with my daytime sightseeing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of healthy choices. Food in general was excellent but sometimes small portions for the price, especially if you are on a high protein diet. Pool area is ok, but could do with more shade options or sun umbrellas...

Very warm welcome from hotel staff who showed us to the room and were very helpful with booking taxis etc. We stayed in a room with pool access and the room was lovely, very modern and clean as was the hotel in general. "Never responded to a shuttle request. So I had to rent a car. An added expense. They need someone to responded to multiple requests and messages to the client or Expedia. Breakfast was terrible. Left and not coming back! Stay away , stay Tivat , better hotels."
