"We had a 2 night stay and were not informed at check in the room wouldn't be made up daily. We can appreciate re-using towels but for the price they should have made the bed, taken out the trash, restocked our coffee, and replaced the disposable coffee cups. I had to make 3 trips to the lobby to get Coffee and cups."

"We came back to shower and the room had not been cleaned yet. Then we left and when we came back later on in the evening the room had not been cleaned. Some towels were taken but the bed remained in made and I had to call to get clean towels. We weren’t happy."
