"The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...

So the owner had to make us wait an hour to make a single room for 4 people to share! While making the room we were told to come back later when the single room is ready. And when we came back to the hotel we entered the single room it was small smelly and had dirt and no amenities whatsoever. We had a small child with us as well.
