What makes this boutique resort in Pachino so outstanding: First and foremost the staff (Ursula, Martina, Christopher, Giovanni, Ignazio, Elisabetta, Angela, Govanna, Concetta, Forensa, HAPPY and Enrica) are friendly, welcoming, genuine, attentive and provide outstanding service. "La camera era pulita, si vedeva il mare come da descrizione ed era in generale molto comfortevole e piacevole. Unica problematica erano le tende per coprire le enormi vetrate, scomode e un po' cheap. Inoltre, la cura nei dettagli dell'arredo e in generale delle rifiniture potrebbe migliorare parecchio."

"This hotel is in an old palazzo, refitted to be small apartments. Ours had a bedroom and kitchen with a table for four. But no sitting area... there was one adjacent to our apartment but open to all guests. Also, they don't warn you that there is a 40 euro charge for using the kitchen. Breakfast was OK but nothing special compared with others we had on our trip. But the real issue is Ispica. There is nothing to recommend the town... limited sites and restaurants.
