"The hotel boasts beautifully maintained grounds, with thoughtfully arranged flowers and lush gardens that create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The multiple swimming pools are another highlight, making it an excellent setting for a relaxing holiday. However, the rooms fall short of the standards set by the impressive outdoor spaces. The décor feels dated and uninspiring, and a comprehensive refurbishment, including new upholstery and furnishings, would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. The main dining area can become overcrowded, although the availability of an alternative dining venue is a welcome relief. The food is generally satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in both quality and variety. Overall, the hotel has tremendous potential. With investment in modernizing the rooms and improving the dining experience, it could become a truly outstanding holiday destination."

The staff deserve a special mention — they were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and their service really made the holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recommended!"

"The stay was nice. Pool, water part, beach and entertainment was very good. Good quality acceptable to good. Room air condition was bad in the main building, I had to transfere to other beer rooms next to the pool after many calls with the receiption. Most of the people there were nice and welcoming. I would visit again and they need to pay attention to the air condition as it affect the rating. Juiced in the water park side are not good as other places."

"Second year going to Blend Aqua Club hotel, and it’s still a great place to spend the vacation. Pools and aqua park are great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good. So overall it’s a good value for the money. However this year the shuttle bus was terrible, the bus does one trip every 15-20 mins, which lead to more people waiting then everyone starts pushing and fighting for a seat. It was frustrating, and I was relieved on the last day that I won’t have to take that bus again. It’s a 30 mins walk, so the shuttle bus is the only option if you have kids. I don’t know what they are getting by saving few letters of gas."
