"The best hotel I've stayed in in Austin"

"First impression not so great, elevators were down and I had reserved a suite on second floor, couldn't imagine walking up and down with luggage and kids our entire stay. They did offer to move us to first floor but had to go from suite to double bed which was ok. The guy at front desk was amazing. He was very friendly and accommodating. Pool area need some TLC that hot tub smells awful and water is green. Pool was nice. But they need to clean around it. Overall had a great stay.. breakfast was...

"Service was great. However pictures do not resemble the current conditions of the hotel. SPA wasn’t working, pool area had cracks and did not look anything like the pictures. The maintenance can be better. Room the tv didn’t work, front desk said we could only see the local channels but even that didn’t work, no netflix or any stream service on the tv because the internet was just not good would not load anything. The room itself was ok for the price."

"Overall the stay was okay. The room temp was great and the beds were comfy. Staff was nice upon arrival. There was a bug in one of our beds. We brought it up to the front desk and we were offered an ice cream as a compromise. We asked for management to reach out to us and never heard from them. We brought it up again at checkout and they said “that would never happen here.” Asked again for a manager to reach out and still nothing. We had 7 guests in our room and had 1 towel in the bathroom....
