"This is an older hotel/resort that sits on the hill overlooking Lake George. It has it's own beach and dock area with a sun deck over the dock. The rooms were nice with a great view. Check in was easy. The location is very close to Lake George village. We hope to return at a later date. Highly recommend staying here."

"The property was beautiful and has great beach access! Also had a wonderful swimming pool and multiple areas to sit around a fire or just hang out. Plenty of grills on the property as well! The inside of the room was clean and smelled nice. The floors were dirty and I couldn’t walk around barefoot without them getting dirty. There were no tissues or napkins/paper towels of any sort the only paper product there was toilet paper. Could at least use tissues. Otherwise no complaints the staff were...

"The property is a little older,needs maintenance on the outside of the building, but the property and the room was spotless, bath fan made alot of noise,probably just needs to be cleaned,employees were great,very helpful when asked questions, easy in and out of the resort,definitely would recommend, made a perfect getaway for 3 days !!!😊👍"

"I was surprised upon arrival tha t the hotel didn't really match my expectations for the 200 a night I paid. For my 2 night stay I expected housekeeping to at a minimum refresh the room and provide fresh towels. After a day of shopping and visiting historical sights I was taken aback to find my room exactly as I left it. The walls are very thin as you can hear your neighbor without any problem. Heat in the room consists of a stand alone heater. Would I stay here again? Probably not."

The person working the front desk, when we checked in during early evening on a Thursday, seemed to be doing his best to be conserve his energy, as he only provided as few words as possible when speaking, and barely moved his lips when called to do so. The restaurant, which we went to for a late dinner, was fully staffed, but poorly managed. There were two senior servers who practically ignored us. One of them started off with us...

"Unfortunately I got a bad experience with the people next to me Saturday and Sunday morning lot of noise early in the morning,but with kids is really hard to keep them quiet"

"The room & facilities were great. On the day we arrived there was no hot water. We couldn’t take showers for about 4-5 hours and ended up being late for our dinner reservations. When I checked out I informed the staff of hot water issue and was not provided either a partial refund or hotel gift card for a future visit. The hotel should have handled this no hot water issue on Sat night much better than they did."
