"Hotel was well maintained, and had great views from the higher floors. We aware that the “exterior rooms” were not as well maintained and are not disability accessible. The hot tub and sauna were also well maintained. We were able to walk to anything we wanted without issues, and felt very close! The parking is a bit small, but was still manageable."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The view was magnificent! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and always warm. I would 100% stay here again! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, Marriott!"

"We have stayed twice and the front desk staff have been so lovely. The parking staff as well were very helpful as my daughter was on crutches. The room was quiet, clean and spacious with a lovely corner window/view. We would absolutely stay here again, as the room rate was very reasonable compared to other places that aren’t even as nice! "

"Room was great with a view but staff was questionable, the guy that checked me barely told us anything and was rude about it. And later Night staff I asked for direction to OLG stage and women didn’t even know where to do which is very annoying. Breakfast was included and it was fantastic! Did not go see the pool but was set up weird as well"

"Hot tub and pool kept getting shut down and re opened., something about the filter/pump. Over crowded and just plain dirty when open. Was here yearssss ago and it was way better. Out dated. No cleaning services for less than 2 nights stay (eco friendly). Beds were ok. Slept well. BUT I'd say it's good price point for location if you want to be close to the hill. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The off site parking was safe. We upgraded to a Presidential suite with an amazing view of the Canadian and American falls. We took a day trip to Niagara on the Lake. This was a 30th wedding anniversary trip. Lovely place to celebrate. Highly recommend this hotel! "
