"The room was perfect for what it was needed. We were traveling and just needed some rest. The area was clean, great breakfast spot across the street. Pool outside looked clean but I didn’t get in. "Great location. Lobby is gorgeous, smelled great, sat by fireplace in the late evening. Pool area was relaxing, great drinks at bar and food served was tasty, 4 ft deep pool, also had a hot tub. Great low key vibes from the families with kids so was still able to relax. Clean rooms. Complimentary bikes. We had a room on first floor and could hear a lot of foot traffic overhead but quieted down during over night hours "

"On July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above"
