"There were no USB plugs in the room. I know they may be a little outdated, but they’re still pretty popular. When we called for our car, they didn’t bring it to the hotel tower we were staying in. They just drove it up to the valet booth and it sat there until I saw it. I even asked the person at the front desk if they would bring the car to the curb, we were standing again and she said yes. But that didn’t happen, so kind of disappointing to finish the trip. Attention to details matter."

"I will avoid this place like the plague until the day I die. This was BY FAR the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The staff were rude and just all around an angry bunch of people, the shuttle driver hates everything, and be careful as weird charges got added on after. I hope every one of those people finds some form of joy because they're the worst people to even be in the vicinity of."

"This hotel is our go to hotel when we have a late connection or flight’s been cancelled by Air Canada, which happens frequently. The staff are always professional and courteous. We had a late dinner in the restaurant around nine, soup and salad. The server forgot the salad, but the French onion soup and seafood chowder was delicious. The next morning we shared an eggs, Benedict again delicious. When we checked out, Kelly, the front desk agent went far and above your average service. Even helping us order an Uber with a request to pick us up at the Fairmont front door down one level.. it’s staff like Kelly that keeps us coming back to the Fairmont hotel at the Vancouver airport. "

"Friendly staff who seemed to enjoy their jobs! Clean room, breakfast buffet was convenient. Staff re-arranged the airport shuttle to suit our plans. Not fancy but no issues. Would definitely stay again."
