"The best thing about this stay was the location. Couldn’t have been more perfect for the quick walk to the beach and surrounding food and drink. The room was not perfectly clean, had a bit of a smell when walking into the room, a few hairs in the sheets but the bathroom was spotless. The tv was not working properly, it would freeze after a minute of being on. Only being here a night, it was a good stay. I was only here to spend time at the beach, so I was satisfied. "This property is still using the Covid excuse to not automatically include housekeeping. They asked if we wanted it when we checked in, and I said yes. But apparently that only includes replacing the towels. The room wasn’t cleaned, vacuumed, nor were the beds made. Even when I asked specifically if they could make the beds, they didn’t. The location is great - very close to the beach and downtown Encinitas. Just don’t expect much from the hotel itself. "

"Well the person in charge of the reception give me a room but when I went to it it was ready so I go back to the reception and he gave me a new room it was very clean and perfectly comfortable finally he fixed the first Impresiones and it was amazing not many people have a chance for second chance !"
