"Had a decent amount of sand in the bed in the first room. Staff quickly gave us another room. Unfortunately later that night this bed also had a little sand. Staff was helpful and the rest of visit was fine."

"Hotel was quiet and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Only complaint would be variety at breakfast, but what was there was good, not rubbery or undercooked. I enjoyed my 5 day stay close to the base, shopping and restaurants."

"The first room we were assigned was not in the main building and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course."

"Loved it here. Everything was great until it wasn’t. I don’t know what happened but sometime after 3am our room got extremely warm. Luckily we brought our own fan that made it possible to sleep for couple hours. Had to wake up by 6:30 and realized the room ac was set to 65 but temp in room was 80. Had to check out as early as 8:30 am because it was too hot to stay any longer. Felt better just being the the hallway of the floor than our room. I really love this hotel and everything about it, but...

"I don't usually do reviews but this was such an enjoyable experience I had to write. A very fun, eclectic room and hotel. Only a few rooms, not like the monster hotels on the beach. Well decorated room with monster shower, great staff, close to beach and fun espresso bar. We will be back!!"

"Good breakfast, small pool, only one elevator (so weird), staff was helpful and nice, 1 block to beach, close to a lot of restaurants, bars, etc."
