"The property is fairly nice, and the staff is very helpful. However, I did not enjoy our stay at this property. This was our second visit, and I booked a pricey room with a balcony and ocean view. When I arrived at the property, I was told that Expedia overbooked the room and it was no longer available. I called Expedia, and they did give me full credit, but the trip went downhill from there. The room's water pressure was very low, and the AC did not cool properly. I am assuming these are...

"We had a beautiful suite with a balcony overlooking TPC Sawgrass entrance. Location was ideal and we enjoyed the hot tub and amenities. Wish we had been able to stay more than one night. "

"The hotel was great except they don't tell you EVERYTHING is an extra charge: coffee, breakfast, parking, water, you name it. Nothing is included. Also they put two holds on my card at different times for incidentals which tripled the amount we charged to the room."

"The hotel is convenient to walking to the beach, pier, and restaurants. Valet parking is expensive, but we parked directly next door in public parking and paid for that. Room was good, we had a "partial oceanview" and we could see a good mix of the beach, parking lot, and city. Bathroom could be a little cleaner. Some hair on the floor. Loved the spacious room and walk in shower. bathroom was big. we had 2 queens and a pull out sofa. Continental breakfast was good and we loved how we could see...
