"Owner Alicia was super sweet. Excellent customer service and helpful. The property was excellent, we got oceanfront so the beach was right out front. Our 4 year old loved the pool. And the room was out dated, which we're ok with. But only complaint is the tv was not working and the coffee machine, which I was really sad about. I never said anything bec I'm not the type to complain and not a huge deal."

"Clean room, beautiful view, nice pool, quick and convenient breakfast. The bikes were a nice amenity, but difficult to find one the right height as not adjustable. The staff were all very friendly as well!"

Upon arrival, we did not receive the advertised shell lei greeting and had to request it after seeing other guests receive one. "Didn’t look that special pulling up but I would stay there again over other super fancy hotels. Great location. Great staff. Definitely more oriented to families. Has cornhole, giant connect four, a nice outdoor pool and a walk up to the beach. Not a good beach for snorkeling. The west side of Kauai has rough waters. But an easy drive up to hanalei or poipu. Would 10/10 recommend."

"Not too happy that I paid for the hotel and then had to pay a resort fee and a parking fee.. tourism has destroyed Hawaii and made it the United States cash cow.. it’s ruining everyone’s time here. Unnecessary fees for everything."

"The property was very well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an ocean view from our lanai. The pool was nice and easily accessible. Located in a somewhat central location for island travel. We would stay here again."

"The bed is good. AC unit is a small window unit that has buttons you have to make guess(nothing is marked). AC unit is loud when it’s running. It’s a good location for everything. The island is small anyway"

"Great place to stay if you are in Kauai! Staff were incredibly helpful and we felt comfortable. The place is gorgeous with great views of the ocean. There isn't a sandy beach that is part of the resort, just a rocky one. However, there is a beach with sand nearby that visitors frequent."
