"First and foremost, all staff members whom we met were excellent. These include who clean our room and keep lobby in good shape. Room was surprisingly quiet in the heart of Manhattan yet rather airy, spacious, and cozy (in NYC hotel standard) which was finished by the firm nice bed. Everything worked as they should be to made our comfortable stay possible. Plus, as we arrived from LGA and departed to EWR, commuter service to and from both airport made us easy access to this hotel. With many restaurants and grocery stores around, it cannot get any better. Thank you very much for all of your effort! "
