"This was a spur of the moment decision to get this hotel as it was right off the highway. They had really good prices so we were a little worried it would be a dump. It ended up being even better than the hotel we stayed at for our vacation! It was clean, the room was big and clean and cool. We missed the breakfast so I have no comment on that but everything else was great!"

"Front desk was very helpful, but did get sent to rooms that were undergoing maintenance, but I did ask for early check in. The rooms we were swapped to were nice, one had a slight smell, might have been from painting, not sure, but it went away. The entry door was sticking pretty good, as was the door going to other room. Breakfast was excellent for the price. Parking isn’t good for courtyard rooms. Overall, it is a nice hotel, and hard to beat the price."

"The casino area was clean. The restaurant area was dirty. The room was OK. The staff was horrible not helpful at all and the place is in need of a good update. Could not turn the shower on without getting sprayed. It just needs a very good cleaning update and better staff."

"We stayed two non-consecutive nights. One on our way to our destination and the next on our return trip. On 5/28/26 we stopped on our drive to Florida. We were surprised with the room, it was very clean, quiet, and the A/C worked fine to remove the humidity which during this time was more important than cooling the room. The main building with reception and dining (breakfast) area was also very nice. The grounds are well maintained and the parking lot has a fence. I felt secure taking my dog out in the middle of the night. BTW, their pet fee is $25, which is more friendly than most. The return trip and stay was the night of Monday, 6/01/2026. We already knew we wanted to stay here because of our 1st experience. However, we got put into corner room 101. This room was just as clean, but was awkward. The room was made much smaller due to the enormous size of the bathroom. Maybe this was designed for someone in a wheel chair, I'm not sure. Unlike our 1st room the previous week, the A/C for this room was lacking and didn't really remove the humidity so well. Also, the curtain didn't close all of the way at the right lower corner. I could see into the room from the parking lot and see out into the parking lot from the room. There was already tape on the wall in that location which I used to tap the blind to the wall to hold it shut. My overall rating is a +. I would choose this Ramada again but I won't accept room 101."

"This is a no freels, utilitarian property. It’s older and the outside is dated and could use some care. But, the room itself was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets appeared to be clean and the room smelled fresh. The AC was very loud but it kept the room comfortable in the South Mississippi heat. There are not many amenities, but there are not many options in Bay St. Louis."
