"Great hotel and conveniently located near Fisherman's Wharf. We liked the included full breakfast. Staff were very nice and service was great. The only negative point for me is that the shower and tap water did not have enough pressure and hot water could be burning hot. Besides that, everything was great."

"The location is somehow peaceful. I thought it was convenient to walk around nearby restaurants but it actually takes to cross wide busy highway streets. I ended up just door dashing food rather than walk. They accept dogs but the place itself is not so dog friendly due to that fact there is no designated place to make them potty (what I meant is even a patch of lawn). "The room is clean but the sound insulation is so bad. I got waked up at 3:30 am by the alarm clock from the person in the room next to me. I called at 2 pm ish for 10 times trying to get the shuttle scheduled, but nobody ever answered my call."

"I was given a room that was across from the main elevators from the lobby and overlooked the busy roadway. It was impossible to sleep due to the noises and music playing all night and the cars zooming by. my bed didn’t feel like it was cleaned and the TV wasn’t working. I just needed a central place to rest with free parking and this was its saving grace. the staff were courteous. not sure i would stay here again if i had to pay."
