"Staff very friendly and responsive. Our room had a faulty window shade on arrival. It was replaced promptly when staff notified. Our room was close to staff operations so around 7am more noise from utility carts etc than preferred. We have stayed at the Zen many times and plan to return. Thanks"

"Liked the room and the beds were comfortable and the bedding was snuggly. The breakfast was amazing and well seasoned. A lot of options to choose from. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only two issues were the floors made a lot of noise when walking around and the WiFi/TV was glitchy. I would definitely stay here again. "
