This hotel needs better attention to rooms. Toilets don’t work properly, mattress and pillows are extremely old…Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is nice, too.

Bella Gramado Resort & Spa by Gramado Parks
Hotel was very friendly clean and well staffed the amenities pool and hot tub very convenient. The game room for the children was excellent.
