"Room isn’t that clean as they advertised. They did changed the bedsheets, but the room condition far from good. Walls are cracked everywhere even in bathroom. Dirt on floor. they should change the towels! Luckily I had my own towels. I suggest to look out for reviews before booking this place, unless you don’t care about those. "

"Very Welcoming staff. Shower was hot and bed was comfortable. The room and building itself could use some TLC. The bathroom toilet ran and water/humidity in the bathroom is causing mold and peeling paint. Breakfast was okay. Coffee excellent!"

"Clean rooms, very clean with newish furnishings and a minifridge. Helpful staff. Zero amenities, there was a pool area covered and locked that may be open in summer. The area seemed safe but not pleasant, a large truck stop was adjacent and a convenience store across the street. Overall, I would stay there again."

"Resevered parking just steps away from the room. 15 minutes or less from the aquarium, ruby falls, rock city gardens and much more. The bed was super comfy and the staff was very attentive! Great location and price. Definitely would stay again!"

"A staff member came in our room at 2am, looking for cleaning supplies. We were all asleep and it woke us up. He didn’t knock, he just let himself in with a card. My 13 year old yelled and my 17 year old woke up and we made him leave. I will never stay there again. "
