Hotel berdekatan Battery Hambright

"So clean"

"Clean room, staff was nice once they showed up. Spent 20 min at the front desk waiting for someone to check us in. No breakfast. If they had an elevator, we could not find it."

"You can see the outside light coming in through the door. The ac worked great. The mini fridge was loud. The worse part tho was the non existent water pressure of the shower. A bit outdated place but clean and quiet. Very very close to the beach tho. So leave your car and just walk a street over."

"We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise...

"After a booking mixup on what Expedia had listed & what the property details were.. we were happily surprised that the staff & GM made an exception for our reservation. Everyone was very helpful, room was great, clean, great outdoor spaces & easy beach access."

"We stayed in the Calhoun room. It is very pretty but it smells musty & the room was very damp. We discovered mold on the ceiling. Which is concerning. It was also our anniversary & they did not do anything special. Most places we stay leaves a nice note, bottle of wine, or chocolates. Wishing us a happy anniversary to make their guests feel special. The shower seal was about to fall off & there is a huge glass door. Another concern. I shared this & never heard back,"

"The hotel was very nice overall. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very dated and dim but clean. The location was the best amenity. Our room was described as a two queen balcony river view, which saying it had a balcony was a stretch. The balcony was so tiny and had loose wood. It felt unsafe with even one person on it, and there was no room for more than one or even a chair. There are were inexplicably soft boards right inside the balcony door, which you had to pass to get to the bathroom....

"The property was amazing. All of the live bands were excellent. I would have liked to have had a microwave in the room. Also, would have liked a regular size ironing board. The stay was very good."

"Excellent stay with great service! Would stay again."

"On the ocean. Family friendly."

"Everything was great and everyone was helpful, but I did notice a dusty wall in the room which was disappointing. It did not impact my stay, but it would be good if the walls were wiped now and so they matched their standards ;) Breakfast offered quite a few enjoyable options. The oatmeal was wonderful! :)"

"The hotel location was perfect for walking to river walk and downtown. The hotel does need a facelift, carpet worn, paint chipped, etc"

"Room was really nice. Lobby on second floor was nice. Key app was a little finicky but worked most of the time"
