When I checked in, I was given a ground floor room as i requested. When I walked in the smell about knocked me over. Further inspection of the room I found mold and I felt very unsafe. I requested a different room in a different building and was sent back to the second floor of the same building. That room was as disgusting as the first with the smell. Still had mold had not been used in quite some time. The hair blower plug was broken and appeared to have been burnt. I asked for extra towels and one extra pillow and was told that I couldn't get one until the morning. We didn't want anybody in the room cleaning until we left and the second day somebody had gone in and change sheets on one bed and replace towels but still not enough. The TV was not working and when I requested help my son ended up having to figure it out himself. The young lady at the front counter could barely speak English in the afternoon. The young man in the mornings didn't even acknowledge that you walked by and said hello because he was on his cell phone. I don't feel the value of the room was worth the money that I paid. Very dissatisfied I would never recommend this place to anybody.
