"I am not one to complain BUT From the beginning this stay was terrible, we were initially given a room that was filthy. The floors were sticky, there was food particles everywhere, it was disgusting. They put us in another room after we complained. We were exhausted and my husband just wanted a hot shower. NO HOT WATER, then NO TOWELS. He walked downstairs soaking wet to request towels, and the guy at the desk wanted to argue that there were towels in the room. My husband had to point out his...
