Th apartment was lovely, it’s well equipped and was very clean. The location is amazing, centrally located with everything close by. As it is located so near to the high street it can be noisy at night but this is to be expected and did not bother us. I would definitely stay here again in Bath.

The best part about this place is that it's in an excellent location. You will be right in the center of everything. The apartment is large, stylish, and it was easy to check in remotely. However, some things were missing that kept my stay from being great. First, the washer/dryer was very dirty and I didn't notice until it stained one of my favorite blouses. Second, the bathtub took over an hour to drain after a 10-minute shower. Third, the kitchen had most things I needed, but there was no large stock pot (the type you'd make pasta in). This seemed like a major oversight. I reached out to the property via email about the cleanliness of the washer/dryer and received no response. That's just not acceptable. The worst thing about this apartment is the noise. It was so loud here. The bar below the bedroom window, the seagulls, and skateboarders made so much noise. The windows were poorly insulated and did almost nothing to block the noise. I guess that's the price you pay to be in the middle of things, but it' more about the quality of the windows. I've stayed in London and New York, both loud cities, and the noise could be blocked by a good window. I kept getting woken up in the middle of the night. I would have rated the property one star higher if they had responded to me. Two polite emails, and not a single response despite the fact that they emailed me pretending to care about my feedback.

We stayed in Unit 2 and it was absolutely lovely. The kitchen was exceptional and we were impressed by the quality and quantity of the bathroom products(shampoo, conditioner etc.). The drying rack came in handy and the heated towel rack was also very efficient(if extraordinarily hot to touch) The livingroom was well appointed and the TV was "smart", allowing us to link to our devices(and therefore our movies and Netflix accounts). Instructions for the appliances were left, which helped given that we were not familiar with some of them(e.g. the washing machine) The Nespresso machine was a wonderful amenity(and there were pods there for our use) The communications from the host were timely and highly informative. The location could not be better--it was in the heart of Bath, steps away from EVERY major site, restaurants, shopping, train station, etc. My daughters and I LOVED or stay and we cannot recommend it more:)

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. I would not hesitate in booking the same apartment again. It's centrally located and in great condition. It did not feel like a rental. It felt like you were staying in somebody's home and that they really take care of the place. The furniture was not shabby and worn. The owner sends an email 24 hours before with instructions on how to get into the property, wifi code, etc. The instructions were very clear.

This beautiful modern apartment is in the middle of everything. Just a 3min walk to the Roman Baths. And on a street with dozens of shops and restaurants, cafes, etc. The apartment is perfect! Fast WiFi, tv w lots of channels, kitchen FULLY stocked with everything one needs to cook or clean or to make a coffee in the morning. Beds are comfortable and linens of high quality. Every space has been renovated to modern standards with stylish yet simple furniture. Property manager answered his phone for questions, gave detailed instructions, followed up to make sure all is well. Would absolutely recommend.

Lovely apartment right in the centre
This apartment is in a great location down a tiny old street right in the centre of Bath. It is a generous size and includes everything you need for your stay and more! The kitchen was very well-equipped and separate to the other rooms. The two bedrooms had comfortable double beds and plenty of room. The instructions for entering the apartment were very clear and straightforward. There are no lifts because it is an old building, but this didn't matter to us at all. There is some street noise through the night as the bedrooms back onto the main street in Bath. But this is the down side of staying right in the centre of the city. There is no traffic noise, only voices! We thought the benefits of this fantastic apartment far outweighed the downside of street noise. And ear plugs are thoughtfully provided!

Recommended property but needs to better cleaning
The property location is excellent, near to shops, restaurants, cafes and everything in the city centre. Their is a bit of a noise issue but the property does have insulated noise barrier windows and ear plugs. We stayed in apartment 2 which was not the one in the picture but I am not sure if this based on availability. The downside is that the property is a no smoking zone and you are threatened with a cheeky fine if you do smoke, as the property is insulated with carbon monoxide detectors apparently. The property has everything you would need for a short stay including utensils etc. I think they could have done a better job with the cleaning. I did specially request for the cleaning to be thoroughly done as I don’t like seeing hair etc on odd places. The bedding and duvets were clean and tidy. Kitchen needed deep cleaning and bathroom. I think if they can inspect the cleaning and get it done properly between guests then they should be having loads of bookings. This was our first time visiting Bath and first impressions matter.

If it wasn’t for the bed and sleeping experience, I’d have rated the place quite high as it was spacious and smart. However, it was the worst bed that I have slept on in years. The bed had a massive dip in the middle and so my partner and I kept rolling into the middle. The worst thing though were the pillows. They absolutely stank. They reeked of unwashed people. They were really bad. They didn’t look dirty but the smell was disgusting. The towels smelled musty too. Such a shame. I wouldn’t stay there again because of this.

Nice but not a Superior Apartment
We booked the Superior Apartment. It wasn’t quite what we were expecting as the photos seem to be of all the apartments so our bedrooms not as expected. The bed was in a very tight space which didn’t have room either side to get in or out of bed so you had to climb in and out at the bottom of the bed. In the second room the double bed was also against a wall so again not great for getting in and out if sharing the bed. The cleanliness was ok but a few things could be improved. All cups and glasses were in the dishwasher which was still on when we arrived. When I opened it at the end of the cycle to get a mug all cups were tea stained still. I looked for dishwasher tabs to put it on again but there were none which is why I think everything was still dirty. There was washing up liquid so I had to wash everything again by hand. And some of the plates in the cupboard which were also dirty. Bathroom had a dirty used cotton bud on the floor and the plastic vent covered in thick dust. Shower head also had to be held by hand as the hook only kept sliding to bottom of pole as the holder was broken. Furniture was very stylish but chosen for appearance rather than comfort as sofa very small and not comfortable when we sat on it to watch a movie. Being in town centre it was noisy so windows had to be kept closed which meant sleeping was hot and stuffy even with the fan in the bedroom. Overall it was ok but if I’m honest wouldn’t book here again. It’s nice but not a superior apartment.

The trip was planned for a present to my brother . We enjoyed the city great food at the plate restaurant and some tasty cocktails and the Rum Bar round the corner from the apartment which was in the best location and with all the finishing touches and added extras highly recommend.

The property was very well presented and check in was nice and simple with lock boxes for keys. Also my friend left her phone at the apartment but it was handled with exceptionally resulting in it being delivered to us while still in bath! Really would recommend these properties for anyone wanting to have a nice stay right in the centre of bath!

The apartment was decorated beautifully and it was in a very central location. The only negative was that the pillows were too soft. I would suggest having spares of firmer pillows. In addition, the stairs up to the flat were dirty. They need to be hoovered more

The flat was perfectly located, decorated very tastefully and very clean. It had everything we needed for our two night stay. I would very much recommend the accommodation for families. My only criticism is that I felt communication before we arrived could have been better and the check in process was difficult.

Beautiful Bath!
The apartment is very comfortable , of a high standard, and well eqiupped , in a central location. This makes everything very accessible. We used the recommended car park , which worked well. The slight reservation would be is that it could be a little noisy at night, especially if it was too warm to close the windows. We love Bath, having visited before and really enjoyed our stay.

An amazing apartment in a fantastic location. Home from home comfort with a beautiful living area, comfortable bedrooms (with air coolers), fully equipped kitchen and bath room. Nicely decorated throughout and some lovely touches with coffee maker and candles. Our kids wanted to stay longer and you don't be netter recommendation than that!

We had an amazing stay in Bath made extra special by this amazing apartment. Everything has been so well thought out, and you need for nothing. The quality of everything in the apartment is excellent and we all slept so well. My only disappointment is that we only stayed for two nights.

Fantastic apartment
Fantastic apartment in the centre of Bath! We only stayed for 1 night but wish we had longer, great location for shopping and restaurants, we stayed in early December and we stepped out of the front door into the Christmas markets. Spacious apartment, very clean and lovely furniture and furnishings. We’ll definitely stay here again when we next return to Bath.
