"I was lucky to be given a room upgrade (423) which had a balcony. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The hotel has a nice bar area which felt very unthreatening as a single women. All the staff I encountered were very friendly & efficient. It is a short walk from the bus & train stations and has great access to Bath center. The pool and spa area looked lovely although I did not use them.
The wifi was rather weak in my room.
I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Bath."

"I have stayed here over May years. The staff are always lovely and willing to help. The rooms are clean, and having been refurbed, a great place to stay. Breakfast was really good. However, the prices seem to have increased a lot, there are much cheaper options in the vicinity, but this is somewhere I keep coming back to!"
