"The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient.
I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time.
Breakfast was really good. I just wish it already came as a full meal instead of adding rice separately. Room delivery is 20 pesos, which is pretty reasonable if you prefer eating in your room since the lobby dining area isn’t the best. There’s also a 50 peso fee if you want to use the microwave for outside food.
The staff are very nice and helpful, which made the stay even better."
