"We booked the Aqua Suite on the second floor. Super quiet street, short walk to shops and restaurants. Suite was spacious and super clean. Liked the little balcony to sit out with a drink. We didn’t personally meet any staff, all was handled via WhatsApp messages. But they were very accommodating to our special requests. The only complaint: given the location in the old town, there is no public transport taking you there. The hotel arranged transport from the airport to the hotel for 30 Euros....

"close to train station. No amenities in hotel but we didn't care. if you go to this hotel, your basic expectations for hospitality will not be met. Front desk personnel don't know anything about Customer service. They answer questions in a defensive manner as if you are accusing them of anything. They even have the audacity to raise their voice when you dare to ask again or clarify their responses because of the language barrier. They get annoyed as soon as they realize you don't speak Italian....

"The hotel was centrally located and great for walking to nearby shops and sights. There were restaurants right outside the door. The most difficult part was choosing which one we wanted to try. "The property is a farm in charming countryside. Upon arrival no one expected us. Gentleman in the office did not speak any English. He made some phone calls to establish that we really supposed to be staying there. We were shown to our rooms. Everything was covered by a layer of dust. There was no electricity. The staff spent next 1.5 fixing electric power. After the power was fixed, it became apparent that the electric heaters in the our two rooms were not functioning. We had no choice, as to...
