"Alles was netjes, de kamers zijn netjes, het restaurant was netjes. Verder was het personeel aardig. Mocht je geen Frans kunnen, is dat niet erg want het personeel kan ook een goed woordje Engels.
Het hotel ligt ook in een fijne buurt. Alles is ook goed te doen qua afstand om het hotel heen. Er zijn genoeg restaurantjes, maar er is ook een supermarkt in de buurt mocht je toch iets extra's willen."

"Difficult to find in a car and there was no information about where to park to book in.
The hotel's own car park was ok.
It's a new development which will improve I'm sure but we did find a small square nearby, part of the development with a few eating choices and a supermarket. Quite nice.
I did think however that it's the wrong side of the river. The other side offered much more in terms of evening life and character."

"Sylvie et Sebastien and Carla were excellent hosts. We felt so welcomed. Sylvie and Carla met us the first day with coffee and tea. They sat down with us and made sure we knew how the tram worked and everything Bordeaux had to offer. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and quite large. The bedding exceptional and bathroom very nice."

"We enjoyed our stay! The room was as advertised, and we especially loved having an on-site laundry facility available for guests to use. It was a very convenient feature. The only small improvements I would suggest are brighter lighting in the bathroom, an additional luggage rack or bench, and a few more hangers in the closet. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property, the Mondrian Bordeaux fell short in several areas. While we were looking forward to our stay, the number of inconveniences and lack of attention to detail made the experience somewhat disappointing. It did not feel like a five star hotel experience."
